  What happens, if a group starts a new closed Discussion on a site and I want to comment on it and are not member of this group?!? Is a parallel forum created?

  What do you mean by "closed Discussion"?

  Groups cannot start a closed discussion on a site. For now at least, there is always only one discussion for every web page. Is there a real demand for multiple/parallel threads?
