We reserve the right to cancel any registered account at any time. If you are under the age of 14, you are not allowed to use our Service. Accounts registered by means of automation are prohibited. You are fully responsible for your account and will be held accountable for any action violating the Terms that is performed with the account by anybody. In particular, the Content may get published on our website (newsride.org), by means of content feeds, or through our public API. Newsride is in no way responsible for content posted by you or by third parties and does not have any obligation to monitor or filter such content. We may or may not remove content that we deem unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable or that violates these Terms. This potentially includes the removal of all content that was posted from an account that is later locked or canceled by us. We cannot and do not regularly review content.

In the case that any third party makes claims against you that are related to your use of the Service, you will not hold Newsride or its affiliates responsible in any way.

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of general jurisdiction located in Berlin, Germany, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating in any way to these Terms, the Service, or Newsride.

Should any clause of these Terms be or become invalid, all other clauses shall remain valid and the invalid clause shall be replaced by another that is as close as possible to the spirit and purpose of the invalid clause.
